Try tensing and releasing the muscle at a fast rate, try to
do this twice a day ones in the morning and once at night. To
start with do as many as 40 to 50 reps depending on what you

is a good thing it shows your muscle is starting to strengthen)
after a week you should be comfortable doing 90 to 100 raps.
Keep this up until you can manage about 500 reps per section.
