To Measure Length
Penis measurement is usually done from the top of an erect penis. Uncircumcised men should pull their foreskin back to be able to measure properly. Simply push a ruler up against the pubic bone and measure to the tip.

To Measure Width (girth)
Get a piece of string and wrap it around the middle of your penis. Note where the end of the string meets the middle of the string and measure this length with a ruler.
